Possee Creative was founded in 2023 by Liang-Zi, who, after years of working in the industry, took a leap and branched out on her own to create something more personal and meaningful, and so Possee was born! In an industry where being a content creator can feel isolating, Liang-zi wanted to create something different. She created a boutique style talent management agency where she works very closely with talent, not only for partnerships but on their brand as a whole. Her mission is for the talent that work with us to feel like she is in their corner. Coming from a PR and marketing background, Liang-zi has an understanding of both the brand side and the talent side of partnerships, and she prioritises creating relationships that benefit both parties. Possee is her heart and soul, a reflection of her commitment to doing things differently, with creativity and care at the core of it all.
